Fried Chicken And Dumpling's- State Fair 2016

this is one of the many new foods that was being served at the state fair of texas this year... so me growing up loving this dish i had to try it. the chicken is fried up and wrapped in this dough like creamy texture balls thats just... it tastes like your eating the actual soup but in a more to-go format. the only problem is that i wish there was a bit more chicken meat in the balls... as for the dumplings it tasted like well dumplings just fried and cornmeal like.... but it came with this homemade gravy sauce you could dip everything in which just... god it was was so good...
